The first ever custom landmark on NB and, if I may say so, one of the coolest things ever to grace this site with its presence. Ladies and gentlemen, may I present to you; Ancrath.
Do you ever feel like you deserve a piece of land to call your own? Do you ever feel persecuted by those pesky Great Villages with their large manpower reserves and long memories? Do you ever lament your lack of brothers and sisters that could help you achieve your goals? Look no further!
Ancrath is what you need.
In simple terms Ancrath is the landgrabbers wet dream. Depending on fighting and RP capabilities members will be allowed to administrate a piece of land on their own while working with their fellow Ancrathians to insure the integrity and security of the Archipelago as a whole.
Phew! A mouthful, isn't it? Well, it can get simpler:
If you know your way around the forums and know a trick or two RP and battle-wise you're welcome to join Ancrath. We're not a Village per se; but we share a few traits with the Villages, the most important one being that all Ancrathians protect each other. It works like NATO, alright? Everyone minds their own business, but if one member is attacked, everyone answers. We defend each other.
There's a catch though; if you provoke a Village and invite them to attack you... well, you might not receive the help you're due. Might even be that you have an accident, you know? Maybe you fall down some stairs, maybe you're attacked and killed... maybe your land is confiscated.
All this will be decided in RP-terms of course. There'll be a whole yadda-yadda about courts and justice and rights and all that stuff.
Still, anyone interested? The more people we are the more land we can grab and defend.
If you're a Clan Head you're welcome to bring your whole Clan with you. Wouldn't it be nice to have an actual place in the NW, huh?
Can you be in a Village AND be a part of Ancrath? Now there's a question! Phew! Well, I wouldn't want to anger the Mod-Gods, so if you want to go both ways you'll have to get an a-okay from your Kage first, and, eh, well, to be honest... unless your Village is allied with Ancrath you probably won't be allowed in. Imagine what would happen if the Village turns on Ancrath and you decide Ancrath ain't your favorite place in the world, huh? That'd kill my beloved archipelago's reputation and that would just kill me! And I'd kill you for it. Brutally.
