If the Anbu were supposely made up of Uchia's(spelling) are they really in Anbu?

I haven't seen Eyes that i can tell if they are or not. But back when Madara was talking to Sasuke he said they are in Anbu by the Second.

If they are the suck badly cause they lose so easily from what i've seen.

i believe uchiha are konoha police not anbu. and anbu arent defeated easily. most of the anbu we have seen defeated were killed by surprise.

You r right and uchihas aren't defeated easily in the episodes.
