Especially by the Kage collectively, you'd expect each and every one to have several hundred at the very least, Ay literally has one, with two variants. People like Mū and the TrollKage are lacking too. What happened to the guy who wants to aquire all ninjutsu in this world? What about the Uchiha, or the guy that copied over a thousand Jutsu?

The clan of a thousand skills? The professor?

I'd expect the amount of Jutsu Madara has collectively displayed as the bare minimum, rather than being over reliant on the same old tricks over, and over again.

Really underwhelming, where are the Shinobi in this Shinobi manga?

A significant majority of them could be low ranked techniques. In the current battle pretty much you have to be using A-rank or higher everything else just doesn't cut it. But I agree to an extent Kakashi the copy ninja pretty much just uses two techniques raikiri and kamui. Also given that Mu and Onoki have kekkei totas you would think they would have more variation in their elemental styles yet they rely heavily on earth release. Its kind of a shame....

Kishi shows only the jutsus that are effective. You can have a thousand low rank jutsus which wouldn't do shit in a fight.
