It's from the ultimate Universe.. It's the lead story for Green Goblin to appear on the second movie.
Venom most likely will be on the third movie.
It would be f*cking badass if they made the "Kraven's last hunt" story arc or introduce Morbius later on somehow with the Punisher.

They need to make a movie based off the first SpiderMan Game for PS one. Like have Doc Oc merge with Carnage. Or have Mysterio In there. Some bad ass guy you know.

The other series got a bit......dunno how to put it but after screwing up Venom and such, I guess a remake would be a good choice since this will stick closer to the comics. Tobey Maguire was a boring spiderman anyways xd

This new actor fits Peter Parker perfectly. Other than Gwen being a scientist this movie looks great so far.
People just have to realize they are basing it on the Ultimate Universe rather than the original material which is rather outdated.

I didn't hate it but when you compare Gwen and Mary-Jane, I think Gwen is the better option and will see the story after about 3 movies

Venom is quite hard to pull it off right both physically and from an acting level. Carnage is even harder from an acting standpoint.

I'm liking the movie so far, the only thing is Gwen being a scientist that i quite don't like it.
I'm hoping they do the "Death of the stacies" arc for the second movie since it will feature a full blown Green Goblin.
I'm so hoping for a Hobgoblin appearance since i know asking for Morbius is pratically impossible.

Those things are mechanical web-shooters. He first had them in the comics.
