I'm with Gaara & Tsuchikage but I've voted for Tsuchikage cuz I think he might be stronger as he has the bloodline expansion, I cant wait to see that ability.

Gaara and Tsuchikage has the aerial advantage where Raikages speed and strength dont matter,where Tsunades healing and strength is worthless,Mizukages spit will disperse and never reach the two up in the air.

Tsuchikage is the strongest in Jutsu's but if we're talking speed and power then Raikage wins by default.

if it's skills your looking at, you must remeber that Raikage uses an Lithning ARMOR, that allows him to move just as fast as Minato

I say raikage is the strongest of em all so far; he's the general of the army. I bet you guys Mifune is as fast as raikage because of his iatsu.
