I love that this thread is ongoing. The threadmaker has admitted to being stupid by making this thread. He takes it back....I think. If not,keep on bashing ​

Second Mizukage> Mai > Fourth Mizukage

so, overall, yeah, I agree it's a relativelly weak generation of Kages...

Tsunade does have Hashirame's healing tecniques, its just on a slightly lower level, and, like I said before, Tsunade has abilities that none of the previous hokage's, except Hashirame, had. Tsunade is a medical ninja first, she is not a front line fighter, she is probably on par with the second or third. She is probably one of the better hokage's.
Also, Onoki in his prime was stronger than muu, he's just really old, older than the third hokage was when he died. A is a hell of a lot faster than 3rd Raikage not quite as strong or sturdy so I would say that they would be set them on par as well, cause the 3rd raikage can't use his strength if he can't catch A.

So

Tsunade = Second hokage

A = 3rd Raikage

Onoki(in his prime) > Muu

Second Mizukage > Mai > Fourth Mizukage

Gaara > Gaara's father
