This is the one of the most idiotic theories I have heard on here. His chakra left the world when he visited Naruto in his mind during the Pains battle. But if you're going about this in a metaphorical and philosophical sense, then yes.

Before the latest anime, people were getting high off current naruto. The latest anime has allowed minato fans to crawl out of the wood works again. Not too sure why though because we already know what happened in the manga. Lets allow them to enjoy the latest anime though U_U

Nope. The Minato is Naruto was just some of his chakra that took on his form. THat chakra ran out during the Pain fight. Minato's in the Death God's belly for all of eternity fighting with its other inhabitants, the first 3 Hokage.
