Alright the fourth hokage as we know was considered a genius and know S/T tech but also nows how to use them also at the right time as we see here
And here were it show how quick he is at showing his strategies
That video show how fast he is at analyzing his opponents moves and how he can put a seal that teleports him straight to his opponent with out them even knowing until its too late and the person ever know we're the seal is put on them and these pages show how he has a back up for long range attacks
And these pages show how he can teleport even objects the as big as the ninetails
This show how he always plans ahead of times
If there's more let me know and the point of this thread is to let everyone know the Minato is not weak he is pretty good with his Jutsus just like shikamaru is good at using his shadow possession Jutsus and even tho the opponent knows his Jutsus he always still get caught in other words it doesn't matter if you use the same Jutsus it how well u use it
