NB is not on American servers. I believe Godzilla said that on the first page. NB won't be affected just the people who are in America will. But there is a way around that.

You really don't understand the bill then. First of all, NB servers are not located in the US. So the only thing the bill could possibly accomplish is having the website blocked by ISPs. A simple means around that is proxy servers.

Anyway, if it does get passed, who knows how well it will even be enforced? Which I find it highly unlikely to get passed.

The people who wrote the bill know as little about the internet as all the people complaining about it. Suffice to say, the DMCA is already enough, and SOPA is not needed.
