after kaguya took over madara and DESTROYED him, what happened to this beast?? since madara was killed the 10 tails died with him or it is just living inside kaguya now?

Pretty much this. Though the Juubi was her will to reclaim the chakra that Hagoromo and Hamura inherited. So it would be safe to say it "merged" back with her.
