So far I only knew of US supreme court being arrogant enough to think it has jurisdiction all over the world can summon people from other countries for a crime not done on US soil.

Exactly what gives right to a nation to issue warrant against a foreign national for something done out of their jurisdiction?

Warrants can be issued anywhere and if he steps foot into their land he has to follow their laws and right now they want to arrest him which will probably not last.

I don't think you understand my question. The law was not broken on the soil of Spain. So exactly what right a Spainish court has to issue a warrant for something done in another country?

It would be lovely to see the Middle Eastern countries issues warrants against Bush and other Americans. We may issue some of our own for our neighbours. Would be fun to have international warrant wars.
