Spain think it's Hague? Which country signed the pact with Spain? What part of International Court is not clear to that country? International court is based on international treaties, isn't it?

And The Hague still issue warrants for countries that have nothing to do with them. For example this African country's president (can't remember which country to exact) was told by The Hague that they have an arrest warrant out for him for committing war crimes against his own people and they wouldn't show him proof or tell him about it when they were asked him so he told them **** off. So yeah The Hague do order officials from countries to be arrested.

Yea that's arrogant. They may claim their jurisdiction to be universal but they do not rule the world. US Supreme court has the same idea. Nobody loves Us for that either. It's simply political game where instead of barring someone from entering your country, you try to arrest them wherever you can- it would still be international provocation for the other country but instead of act of war you will be giving an excuse that it was a legit move on your part and play dumb and innocent.

I should start nagging my local politicians that we push for the similar clause in our constitution. As I said it would be fun if many more countries follow the suit. Of course the warrant has only as much value as your international threat.
