It's interesting. Shizune indeed moved the hair somehow. But I don't think Kishimoto intended to make it any sort of telekinesis.

It seems to be a medical skill,

Sakura did it with the Water, and to extract the poison from out of kankuros body.

I think she did it to pump naruto's blood through his body, though, she couldve used her strength.


Orochimaru did it with his sword. Idk if it was filler or not.

Well, the techique Sakura used on Kankuro was described in Databook and there were no signs of any kind of telekinesis. It was just a medical jutsu.

Orochimaru indeed used telekinesis during his Longsword of the Sky jutsu to control his Sword of Kusanagi.

And about Shizune. Moving hair around didn't look like something Medical Jutsu could do, but maybe it had to do something whit the seals on the ground. I don't know, but I don't think there's any depth to that very panel.

Shizune is a prime example of kishi sleepin on the females in this manga/anime.
She could have been a great kunoichi with more development.
