Not completely related to the OP, but can somebody explain to me why Sasuke refuses to get a left arm? Didnt they have one made and ready for him in 699?

To be frank with you, plot, also most of Sasuke's abilities can be done with just rinnegan and right arm even though he's a leftie I mean he's ambidextrous but left is dominant. Also it's kind of like sasuke's repentance for what he did, he can always use Susano arm though, also kishi wants to keep sasuke pure, we don't want more uchihas running on that hashi juice :Sparks:
My point was naruto has that mode just like sasuke got that sharingan and rinnegan they are just running like when he war started u see all those ninjas in a mob running lol thats a basic run for all ninjas when it comes down to it KCM is faster than sasuke cuz he beat raikage in top speed which sasuke couldnt compete against
Pnj is something the author use when the author cannot think of a way to overcome certain problem. For example bz neg madara due to pnj, of course no one believes bz > madara(but bz fans believe its mangafact bz > madara)
