To be frank with you, plot, also most of Sasuke's abilities can be done with just rinnegan and right arm even though he's a leftie I mean he's ambidextrous but left is dominant. Also it's kind of like sasuke's repentance for what he did, he can always use Susano arm though, also kishi wants to keep sasuke pure, we don't want more uchihas running on that hashi juice :Sparks:

Pnj is something the author use when the author cannot think of a way to overcome certain problem. For example bz neg madara due to pnj, of course no one believes bz > madara(but bz fans believe its mangafact bz > madara)
