Depends on the speed of meteor.
I myself find this jutsu extremely underrated
Realistically speaking the boulder of that size and with common space speed is far more destructive then any nuke.
Imho PS cant tank it but it could counter it with PS slash.

dude that time madara was not in the middle of the STORM and juubi didnt targeted madara unlike SA thats why his level 4 susanoo didnt damaged by that TENPACHI
