Don't think it will, but I think the game developers said **** it. I beleive they work with the anime team so they already know what's coming up, as seen in the opening they have already got the episodes sorted. They should have anyway

Who knows, they MAY use some stuff from the manga. But looking at the last two ultimate ninja storm games, i doubt it, BUT it's likely .
