Well it was either him controlling the fox, TBR or else something unknown that was guessed upon countless times on this forum. .-. Search function is the best answer. u cant revive old threads anyway. As for the jutsu we only know naruto needs the fox's chakra to complete the jutsu. Effect on war? Win the war basiclly on this jutsu.
