Mugen walks onto the batteflied smirking, although most of his opponents were either way above him in power or beneath him in skill. He finally found someone who not only possessed a good amount of skill but didn't really overpower him in any aspect. His training was somewhat equal to his own, and his battle history indicated that he has some experience. Mugen took a battle stance and began to measure the distance between the two. He was seven meters apart, the fight would be all out. Mugen threw a flashbang behind his back and threw two explosive kunai into the air in an arc. The two kunai would then strike down on the opponent from above. He then channeled his earth chakra into his feet and stomped the ground, shaking the earth to to knock the target off balance. With the light blinding the opponent, and him off balance Mugen was tempted to come in close range but Mugen decided he would keep this battle at mid range and be patient. It wouldn't be wise to engange in close quarters combat with this fighter. "LETS RUMMBBBBLLLLEEE!!"

Guts jumped down from the seats above, landing in the middle of the arena face to face with his opponent. This man was a Kirigakure ninja, they were an enemy of the leaf and Guts was not going to let him walk away from this fight. "So kid, what's your business here? You looking to die?" Guts spoke with a loud growl in his voice. He didn't want to waste any time and obviously neither did his opponent from the looks of it.
Watching as the ninja reached into his pouch and grabbed something out, not knowing what was in his hand Guts immediately drew two kunai from his own pouch. Watching as the item was thrown behind the man, Guts assumed it would be a flash bomb. It was a good tactic, but not good enough to fool Guts. He then quickly raised his left hand, blocking the light from his eyes while also keeping his eye peaked around his hand just enough to catch a glimpse of his enemy throwing the kunai into the air, Guts then quickly threw his two kunai into the air, clashing with the two Mugen had thrown and rendering them useless.
Guts then reached his hand into his ninja pouch once more, grabbing two more kunai. Guts then threw those two kunai while continuously switching hands to grab more kunai from his pouch, in total 6 kunai were thrown. One aimed between Mugen's eyes, two aimed at his legs and two aimed at his arms with the final kunai sailing 1 meter above Mugens head, as a precaution to him jumping upwards.
As his kunai were flying toward his enemy, Guts would quickly draw a smoke bomb and throw it at his opponents feet, causing a cloud of smoke to form around him. After performing 4 quick hand seals Guts slammed his hand on the ground, releasing a massive amount of lightning chakra into it and causing it to form below his opponent before exploding upward and electrocuting him.

Can he see the kunai? You throw your kunai in an upward ark seven meters away from him so that they strik him from above. With him blocking the light (still peaking just a little bit) I think the arc you threw them in would make it more than feasible for Guts to notice the Kunai flying from your position at that range. (its worthy to note, that while it is indeed blinding, it is by no means illuminating the entire battlefield. Just noting that in case you think it would still cover the kunai position.) So yeah I think since the kunai travel upward, the light (which is now mostly blocked) has less of an effect of hiding the kunai as the light would be more effective if guts had to focus his vision into the light. Standing mid range from you he would see kunai flying into the air out of the light.
After the kunai are thrown upward Shiki would counter with his own, unless you think you can throw kunai and channel chakra underneath him before he can begin to counter them. SOO, after he counters the kunai, you shake the earth, and then he tries to throw the barrages of kunai (6), he would be unable to attack specific areas of your body as the ground is now shaking so his accuracy takes a major hit. Then the telegram flash goes through if you don't sufficiently interrupt. I believe I got most of this right, or close enough. This is a BA fight with no stipulations so try to have fun and sharpen your skills. Plz forgive my noobness

Now main issue. Can Guts block light.....Yes, if you cover your eyes, you can block light. LOL, not an issue. Now can he see you? I'd say no. At the most, he would probably would see a dark silhoute of yourself, but I doubt it. He is covering his eyes, even while peaking would not help him view you if you are hidden within the light and behind his hand.
NOTE: Shiki responding to Xeric reaching in his pouch by taking out two kunai (the perfect amount of kunai needed for the rest of Xeric's move) and placing hand in front of his face after assuming the item is a flashbomb is a little metagamy. I think it would be allowed, since your bio would have no idea what was going to happen, and is tactic probably seen before. Howeverm it is prone to sensei opinion and more likely to get your opponent to check. I'm fine with it tho, as I've seen people act very paranoid in NW, and in battles.

EDIT: Shiki's wording says he just manages to see Xeric throw the Kunai. Hmmm I thought about this and decided that its vague enough to actually save him. If he sees Kunai in the air coming from your position, he can say/surmise that he saw you throw it. No he didn't literally see you put the kunai in your hand and throw it, but I personally didn't feel that it had any bearing on the fight or integrity of the move. He threw his kunai once Mugen kunai were in the air, so I think the move stands. Now it is worthy to note, if he specifically stated he saw Mugen throw it (which you would be unable to do) it could have canceled out that move since the statement would be invalid thus void. I just made a personal decision that this was good nough.

Mugen watches as his opponent reaches into his pouch, Mugen instantly darts forward and begins to channel Fuuton chakra into his hand as the opponent throws a number of kunai. Mugen releases a long blast of wind knocking back the kunai the young Kaguya had thrown right back towards the opponent. Mugen channels Raiton chakra into his hand reshaping Chidori into countless senbon aimed at the opponents neck, eyes, and torso. Just as the senbon were launched the opponent had thrown a smoke bomb at his feet. It would only close the coffin to his death, blocking his vision of the senbon whilst he had yet to deal with the kunai launched at him earlier.
