Anyway, that might be a bit too much. Though, I don't think you people see as much homeless people as me. Brazil is up there in the rank(as always, we always score when it's about problems).

It's sad either way, you know. And some of them are drunk and bother other people, inocent citizens as well, you know? So, if your country has a place for them to go, it's better that way, trust me.

Let's say you had an established business somewhere in the city, would you want homeless people making beds for themselves next to your doors and windows? They can be annoying beggers, or possibly dangerous.

It's not a good look and it can put people off from going to your place, so the homeless spikes are completely justified imo unless you want to lose money and end up like those guys.
