Doesn't justify it being on park benches, or underneath overhead ramps or whatever the **** they're called. Plus, homeless people go around businesses like you see there after closing late at night, they're not usually on the ledges or whatever during the day because the owners make them move. It's bad enough these people have nowhere to live, but now you take away the little they do have? It's disgusting and selfish.
They can always sleep on the ground next to the park bench. All jokes aside though it is unfortunate for them but that's how the world works.
