Yes. The manga states it works in response to Hashirama's sage mode. It doesn't say it only corresponds to Hashirama's. Just like if I say there is a cookie in a jar. That doesn't mean there's only one cookie. My proof is that if it hasn't been used to seal Hashirama's sage mode, and the only sen-jutsu user left is Naruto, then it must be used on him.
