Because the translation is from MangaPanda, and not directly suitable. The technique wouldn't only work on someone whose done the action of taking sage chakra.

Well logically, your theory doesn't make sense. I'm sure we can agree that Sasuke wasn't taught it just to not use it. That means he must use it this last coming chapters. Without Hashirama, the only subjects are Madara, or Naruto, the only two with a sage mode. Sealing Madara's sage mode is useless as long as he is and stays dead, therefore, deductively, the suspect here would be Naruto.

What's there to prove? Manga said the jutsu works in response to Hashirama's senjutsu. Your theory is claiming it works passed that, while not even proving it can do that...
