Jk, it actually stands for Thank God It's Friday. I had a fairly busy week xD.
Minato is wearing an ANBU outfit, with armor, mask (which also makes it impossible to see his hair), and sword on his back. He has a pouch on his back filled with FTG kunai, as well as regular ninja tools. For easier access to his FTG kunai, he has two in each sleeve. Gathering the natural sand and dust particles present in such an arena with his wind chakra, Minato forms them all into a large gust of swirling sand and wind that makes it exceedingly difficult to see. As he releases the wind, he hides within it, several explosive kunai that would travel within the wind. They would be almost impossible to see, due to the swirling sand and dust. As the wind nears you, I would make a single handseal with one hand, and cause the tags to explode.
