Tetsu carries a kumo longsword made to be straight-bladed and is held by his Kumagakure flak jacket vertically on his back and is obscured by the cloak. Albeit it can inexplicably slide down into his hand if he puts it into his cloak.

Tetsu Uchiha,not being pure Uchiha has characteristics a normal Uchiha wouldn't have. He is a tall,musclef,dark skinned young man with shoulder length blonde dreads and crimson eyes with black markings on his eyelids(similar to Gaara's).He wears a short sleeved,zipped up,black,high collared shirt that covers his mouth and has a white stripe going down the zipper line with black pants,kumo wrist and shin guards and white shinobi sandals. He also wears the uchiha symbol on the back of his shirt which is half obscured by his kumo flak jacket which carries his longsword.Tetsu wears a concealing sleeveless hooded black cloak similar to the one Obito sometimes wears. The hood sometimes conceals his sharingan in shadow so that it is not seen when activated.

History:
Tetsu Uchiha was born in Konohagakure and was raised there by his father.He made many friends in the clan and his father aknowledged him much.Enough so that his father taught him the clan's "coming of age" rite.After his father became a member of the ANBU Black Ops he seldom had time to spend with his son so Tetsu was sent with a group of sailors to live with his mother on the Kumogakure Island Turtle.
On Kumogakure Island Turtle Tetsu made freinds with some of the animals there instead of real freinds due to the lack of human ihabitition on th Kumogakure Island Turtle.His mother trained and tutored him in everything she knew about taijutsu and kenjutsu.Then Tetsu decided to enroll into the ninja academy he easily passed all classes with the highest grades.He eventualy became a jounin.Deciding to visit Konohagakure once again to see his clan he set sail,but when he got to Konohagakure he found out about his clan's demise and his heart grew dark and cold.
After defecting from the village seeking for further strength Tetsu now spends his time on the snowy summit of a very altitudinous mountain where he lives and trains. But one day,he returned to the village after he heard that Itachi,the one responsible for his clan's massacre had been killed. Now he's friendly and alright again and let his mountain be apart of Kumo itself.
