Description: The Ketsuryūgan (血龍眼, Literally meaning: Blood Dragon Eye) is a dōjutsu, which appears in certain individuals of the Chinoike clan. The Ketsuryūgan is recognised by its reddish colour, giving a special appearance for the users of this dōjutsu, characterised as holders of eyes as red as blood. A notable ability of the Ketsuryūgan is it's ability to cast genjutsu, either by making physical skin contact with the target or meeting each other's gaze, on a level of comparable strength to the Sharingan as well as be able to follow high-speed movements. One of its main abilities is their ability to manipulate iron, or more accurately, any liquid with a high iron concentration which allows them the ability to manipulate the blood within themselves for Ninjutsu use. Much like any other Dōjutsu, the Ketsuryugan is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Similar to the Byakugan, the user can see chakra through matter and beyond dense matter or in long distances. This ability also allows the wielder to see one's "life force", or their physical energy and sense and see any living object within range.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his doujutsu, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina, he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Jounin Rank or above and has held the Doujutsu for a month, he becomes able to passively activate it.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: While traveling the NW, bios with an activated Ketsuryugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away though this does not beyond an ocean landmark.
Note: In order to utilize any of the blood based abilities, the user must be at least Jounin rank.

It had been some time since Mirabelle had become disassociated with the likes of Tanigakure, but her promise of never working with outsiders seems to always be a plague in her mind. Her she was, now allied with another enemy nation that hailed from the Western World but she’s come to favor their help in the conquest of the east much easily. “The coming threat of the Mother Cult is something I fear will bring an end to a era…” she said to herself as she approached silently into onto the main combat grounds owned by Tsumigakure. Here, in this moment, she faced one of the higher ranked members that resided in this village.

It was the first of many new faces she had to become accustomed with, though this person, in particular, made her rather uneasy admitting to her own discomfort. “You’re…Scarlet, I assume…” she said with an unsure tone, her posture was rather weak as she didn’t know exactly what she had coming but the Candy Maker wouldn’t let it get the best of her…at least not fully. Shaking her anxiety aside, she came equipped for battle, having two imaginary clones of herself residing towards her left side and right. They both had a distance between the original of two meters. She had her spear on her back along with the Goddess of Water resting on her hip as normal. “Well, let’s get down to business,” she said with some hesitation on her monologue.

The first thing she normally did was observe her enemy, this one was quite unique as her eyes were blood red. It reminded Mirabelle of the Uchiha Clan’s rare Sharingan but she didn’t divert her look away as she had no knowledge of it being a kekkai genkai in the first place. Simply enough, she would take this moment to actually start the fight off for both of them. Extending her sleeve out, she would utilize the Kote that was hidden within, releasing a miniature scroll. This scroll pops open, causing a large wave of acidic saliva to be released. Its size was massive, towering over Scarlet (being eight meters high and five meters wide). The weight of the waves would not only crush her underneath but would also severely eat away at her skin; as the sizzling burning flesh melt from the very bone on her body. Mirabelle was a trickster to the heart of course however as she didn’t need any chakra for the production of the technique so within the same moment of its formation causing what appeared to be another wave to take form directly afterward.

Using her imaginary clone, it would imitate the exact movement’s she did and thus the second wave right next to the original was rather convincing in it’s appearance. She would finally take a moment to passively activate the music box on her person built into her clothing. It started to play her jams. “Now we are talking!” she would move towards the target location moving in a zig-zag motion as she approached Scarlet.

Description: Nectar is the most basic application of the Black Tongue Techniques. Because it’s intimately connected with the basic element Water, in behavior, weaknesses and strengths, the primary purpose of this technique is to describe and adapt Ganmi’s corrosive Saliva to any known Water Techniques that are or can be spat from the mouth. Through this technique, the user will activate the salivary glands and infuse them with chakra, spitting out any amount of saliva and then modelling it after a known spat Water Technique. The user pulls from the mouth, instead of the gut, but the saliva will follow everything else about the original water technique that is being adapted, including handseals and restrictions. While intimately related to water, a clansmen doesn’t necessarily require the water element to use this basic technique, though becomes severely restricted by the lack of it. For Ganmi lacking a water affinity or for those who do have it, this technique can be merely used a basic creation technique for the clan; ranging from forming the saliva into constructs, projectiles, tools to wield on hand like swords, kunai or even blasst of saliva, that can take the form of a thin stream or a scattered splash and can only be used up to A rank. This is the active portion of the this technique, requiring the needed amount of chakra to manipulate the saliva, thus dealing damage based on the rank of the technique. The creation method of this technique is only limited to the user’s own imagination. Adapted defensive/supplementary techniques gain offensive properties due to the corrosive nature of the saliva if applicable and logical, dealing damage equivalent to its rank. Ganmi with Water affinity will need to post this technique alongside the desired water technique; it will not count as a move despite requiring more chakra than the water technique original requires. S rank version of active ability can only be thrice per battle and A can only be used 4 times, requiring a cool down of two turns before being able to be used again while leaving the user unable to use Black Tongue Arts above B rank in the same or next turn. B rank requires one hand seal, A rank requires 3 and S rank requires four.
(Kagami Genkaku No Jutsu) - Illusion Mirror Technique

Description: This is a simple ninjutsu technique based on the principle of the clone technique that are used to project an illusionary image of the user and also based on projecting the sound to different areas using chakra, but instead of cloning the user's own image as illusions and the voice of the user, the user projects the voice and the image of a technique that's used by him or his opponent, meaning that if the user shots a fire technique for example the user can project the image and sound of the fire technique somewhere else, cloning the technique's shape and sound causing after images to form of the technique that's replicated anywhere on the battlefield heading for the opponent's direction or stationary depending on the cloned technique, this distracts the opponent due to him not knowing which technique is real and which isn't, this can be used to replicate nearly all techniques that the user uses or the opponent's according to the situation at hand, providing that it's a projected technique that can be shot [lightning/wind/fire/water] or just stationary techniques [Earth, Ninjutsu], due to the images being only illusions it won't cause harm to the opponent, only confuses him.

Description: Servitora is a unique ninja tool split into small series of mirrors shaped like regular octahedrons, floating thanks to a ring of the user's chakra. When activated, they create three-dimensional copies of the user. Should a mirror be destroyed, its corresponding copy will disappear, too. As the user's chakra interacts with the mirrors, they reflect the chakra like they would light waves projecting a three-dimensional copy of them, however, these copies are only optical illusions similar to the E-ranked Clone Technique. As such, they cannot harm an opponent but are useful in disorienting them since they will be unable to discern which is the real one or where the next attack will come from. Each clone also possesses the user's chakra signature making it difficult for chakra sensors and even a Sharingan user to determine which is the real one. Since the duplicates are reflections, left and right will be inverted; however, if a copy is reflected, left and right will be inverted again, thus matching the user's image perfectly. Further confusion can be created if the user switches their own left and right with a disguising technique. This tool automatically creates up to 4 of these optical illusion clones at the beginning of every battle unless the user chooses not to activate it.

Description: Thunderwave is a basic chest plate outfitted with a surround sound speaker system, and a microphone. It can be used to play music or make noises more audible than normal similar to a karaoke machine. It is able to produce sound louder than most techniques or the clashing of techniques and can be much louder than the user or opponent can scream. In essence it can act like the (Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique passively at all times being louder and stronger than even that basic technique. It comes pre-loaded with all of the wielder's favorite songs. In battle it can be used to play theme music or it can make the user louder as it has a built in microphone system connected to the speaker system.
The primary use of Thunderwave as mentioned above is the ability to play music with the offshoot of this being the ability to cancel sound waves with sound waves while playing music. This is similar to the Scientific Ninja Tool: Shijima and works like a noise-cancellation speaker. The system can emit a sound wave with the same amplitude but with inverted phase also known as antiphase to the original sound. The waves combine to form a new wave, in a process called interference, and effectively cancel each other out. This effect is called destructive interference and is able to nullify sound techniques in equal rank. The sound can encompass a short - long range area around the user being louder the closer to the user the people who can hear it are and due to this it has a dampening system as to not harm the users ears or cause them any undue problems. It can be fine tuned to look different depending on the wielder's appearance or preference.
Note: Sound techniques can only be canceled once per turn three times per battle.

As Skarlet sees the strange woman appear out of nowhere it seems she knows about Skarlet. Yes, that is is me how do you know me? As Skarlet says this she would take not that the woman would have a sword that her eyes would show her is connected with water releases due to the water chakra. She would also notice the woman did not look away from her eyes probably due to her having no knowledge of Skarlet's own eyes. As the woman releases a giant wave of acid, Skarlet blood eyes would also her to see the water characters in the chakra of the jutsu. Skarlet eyes would also allow her to see thru the first wave to see the second wave but that wave did not contain any water charka characteristics making it more like normal chakra of that of an illusion so Skarlet would not have to worry. Skarlet than does 3 hand signs and send an omnidirectional wave of coal across the ground in every direction. This mountainous wave of blackened earth will spread out from her position in a circular motion (360 degrees around him) which will crush anyone and anything in its wake, as well as devastate the terrain on an unimaginable level. The wave of coal will grow in height as it spreads out, leaving the resulting effect as a massive crater in the middle of the battlefield, the center point of the newly formed crater being the user's position. The thing that makes this technique unique from its elemental variants is that the release and outward movement of the rampaging wave will continually scatter and suspend massive amounts of coal dust in the air which will explode into a maelstrom of crimson flames due to the friction generated by the wave moving against the ground. This process of ignition and explosion of the produced coal dust will continually repeat itself as the wave travels outwards in a radial manner, meaning anyone nearby is prone to being caught within the explosion and consequently being set ablaze. The reason this technique poses no threat to the user is that the wave will need to gather enough momentum before generating the necessary frictional force to ignite the clouds of coal dust, meaning the wave will be a considerable distance from its creator before the first outburst is initiated (just beyond the boundary of short-range). All surfaces will be capable of producing a spark due to the friction created but certain terrains (e.g. wet areas, sandy terrains, etc) will result in the ruby-coloured flames being extinguished almost as quickly as they were produced. Since the wave ignites the coal dust the moment its produced, it is unable to harmlessly disperse into the environment and instead enhances the ruination this technique brings to the battlefield. The technique will consume all the coal in the field, self igniting it as it self ignites itself, leaving the field clear of coal but completely scorched. The jutsus would overpower the wave and continue on towards the woman due to Coal being stronger to water.

After releasing the massive Coal wave, Skarlet would have Beedrill fly high into the air and to the right to get another view of the woman and to alert Skarlet. Skarlet would than summon a swarm of bees that surround the woman in a tornado by having all the bees spin in a different direction. Then the bees will release honey out of their mouth while spinning in their tornado that will cover the woman's body completely, restricting their movements. The bees would release a special type of honey which would be Mad Honey that would cause effects on the woman later on.

Description: Mad Honey is a special type of honey Korra has her Bee summons use instead of normal honey that contains grayanotoxins . The honey can affect opponents and none bee users or medical ninjutsu with effects varying with how much is exposed to an opponent. The opponents get exposed to the honey by either consuming any or having contact with it. Mad Honey can cause nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, circumoral paresthesia, tongue numbing, fainting, drowsiness, drunkenness, and seizures. For these effects the users must be exposed to at least a cup of Mad Honey with the effects following in order the more turns the opponent is in contact or consuming honey. After 1 turn the opponent will experience nausea and tingling. After two turns the user will experience weakness and have their speed drop by one level. After 3 turns the opponent will experience drowsiness and drunkenness while their speed drops by 2 levels. After 4 turns the user will experience vomiting, blurred version, circumoral paresthesia, numbing and fainting and seizures. Mad Honey can also cause cardiovascular system problems resulting into 1st to 3rd-degree heart block, asystole, and myocardial infarction. The opponent would need to exposed to half of their body size worth of Mad Honey and be exposed or have consumed the honey for at least 5 turns straight and would have their speed drop by 3 levels.

Her taste sensory allowed her an insight into the structure of the opposing technique. Having an idea of the elements composing of the coal, Mirabelle would continue into her stride towards Scarlet. She evaluated her options, to which she swiftly made the needed hand seals to conjure a giant humanoid reminiscent of the Susanoo. It scaled high enough into the sky as it’s thrust’s itself into the clash with the coal wave. This causes both the techniques to neutrally clash with each other causing smoke to be summoned into the terrain, allowing her some cover as she jumped into the air with the spear in hand.

Dunno…maybe a new recruit or some shit” Mirabelle responded to her question but she didn’t say out loud as it was too obvious how she knew. Regardless of this, it wasn’t her concern at the end of the day. She was given instructions for her introduction into Tsumigakure and thus she will take the moment to do so. The bees didn’t go unaccounted for as another humanoid was formed directly underneath them that causes it’s wide fist to clash into the bees and due to the nature of ionization – immediately killed them on contact. Once that humanoid had completed its task – it turned it’s attention to summon above (Beedrill).

It would jump into the air with it’s hands wide open to literally swat at it. Mirabelle, who was now airborne, took her spear and kneaded chakra into it’s composition – tossing it directly towards Scarlet. It would upon contact immediately explode, leaving nothing behind but the ash of her enemy. Once she landed (about six meters away) she made sure to keep track of everything around her with her sensing and wondered just what the opponent might do. “Try again” she said.

Description: Monarchs of the Abyss encompasses the formation of familiars composed of ionized ash. Through the generation of one's chakra into the surrounding terrain or from their body or through physical contact with the object, the user is capable of sculpting the ash. This allows for partially sentient familiars to be created, ranging from humanoids, down to demonic like creatures one would expect out of a nightmare. These creatures are compact in composition, capable of easily slicing through material should they desire it with their body parts, tearing them with talons etc. The creatures are capable of performing the Dark Vacuity Element without the need of hand seals up to its rank. Thus an S rank familiar is capable of using S ranks and below at the cost of a move slot.. Much like it's sister technique "Void of Creation" certain applications apply here.

As outlined in the element however, should the ash come into contact with solid material/water etc, the ionized ash will cause it to collapse upon itself. Should the ash be stronger – it’s capable of ionizing the target before assimilating it within itself and returning back into its compact form, although a bit weaker. The user can control the implosion not to trigger, remaining inert if he or she chooses too. During a process of implosion there’s two types of interactions that occur under certain circumstances; A) when this jutsu physically interacts with a solid object, the ionizing of the targeted object of aim happens in a process of it being ionized (short-range subjects will be pulled into the wind drafts created by this implosion) before it’s broken down into energy becoming ionized ash altogether, B) when this jutsu interactions with a non-solid element, unlike regular interactions this will cause ionized particles fumes which are able to change the area’s illumination to the user’s choice (perceivable to the human eye), upon overcoming the interaction as it assimilated it within itself. If this jutsu was countered/ if that interaction results in this jutsu becoming overwhelmed, segments of ionized ash will succumb and remain mundane in the area of effect and with no inherit chakra.

Note: This technique needs one handseal to form the B rank version, two for the A rank and three for the S ranks. In the case of the S ranks being used, the user is unable to use Dark Vacuity Release techniques A rank and above for the same and next turn, while A rank use causes them from using above S rank for the same amount of time. A rank may be used thrice per battle, while the S ranks twice per battle with each use having a cool down of two turns. Fumes utilized to creating an area illumination are hazards to the opponent, if they so much so in inhale them, it would result in -10 dmg to their health per turn, for each turn they're inhaling them. The user may create multiple constructs, however the power is divided evenly among them based on the rank used. Familiars from D to B needs a sustained cost of -5 per turn, A and S require - 10. Each familiar lasts three turn regardless of rank

Description: This technique has two methods of being performed. The first involves the user simply coating a held weapon, such as a shuriken, kunai or sword, in ash. The second usage instead requires handseals, and is used in situations where the user doesn’t have a weapon on them to use, or cannot apply the jutsu to their present weaponry for any reason. By performing 3 handseals, the user will create a construct of ash, being a maximum of 3 meters in length and width. When the weapon is thrown or collides with another object, or any other event occurs which will produce friction, will cause the Fire Release chakra within the weapon to activate, setting it alight with the flames of Fire Release. When the coated weapon is thrown, the weapon will erupt in a short-range blast of highly intense flames upon collision with any object, target, or surface. This ignition allows it to play on par with other Ninjutsu, particularly large-scale techniques. Blasts are always angled away from the user so as to prevent them from being injured. When interacting with other techniques, the clash follows the S&W of Fire Release.

Teasing huh? After saying this Skarlet would still be able to see through the smoke to see the construct start heading towards Beedril. To protect her Bee, Skarlet would string some hand signs and cause a stone dragon to form from the ground that would go up high and strike the construct while Beedrill flies out of the stone dragon path. The stone dragon would hit the humonaid and wrap around it squeezing it and the woman together.

Description: The user after performing the required hand seals Horse → Dog → Bird → Ox → Snake will create a large dragon of earth erupt from the ground and direct it towards the enemy with devastating force. This technique much resembles the Water Release: Water Dragon technique.

As the woman deals with that, Skarlet would summon her wood snake onto the field. The snake would be able to utilize wood jutsus as well as fly also. Skarlet would be on its head while it takes off into the sky staying mid range in the air and staying mid range from the woman.

Description: Orochimaru fused the cells of hashirama senju, as well as the dna of Pein's giant bird summon, into the genes of Manda. The snake is half the size of Manda with wood platelets for scales. It has the ability to use Wood jutsus. And it has wings allowing it to fly. Given its size, it is able to fly with the added weight of 3 people, of Orochimaru's build.

BOOM! The blow was struck onto the blood user, as from the ash a small explosion had accorded – leaving Skarlet slightly wounded all over her body. This was the perfect time for Mirabelle to continue into a follow up. She extended her right hand in order to grip the hilt of the water goddess as she drew the blade and poured her chakra into the blade. With a single swing, she would unleash a powerful tidal wave of roughly twenty meters in height and width to be summoned immediately into existence. Once they wave makes it’s way towards the opponent – massive sized horses can be seen galloping in the front the wave as it causes large sections of the terrain to be uplifted into the wave itself. She hurt her wrist slightly for the execution of the technique but she wasn’t done with it as yet.

The wave, however, was infused with the Yin Nature, causing it to become a wave of molten lava instead, causing those without the ability to detect the elemental nature of it. Should it make contact with the opponent, it would melt her body down into nothing but ash.

Description: The user focuses an enormous amount of suiton-based chakra into Ame-No-Mi-Kumari, which then starts to release large amounts of water. By swinging the sword forwards an enormous tidal wave, both wide and high, rushes towards the opponent. However in the front part of the wave you can see the heads and front legs of hundreds galloping horses rushing towards to opponent to crush him. The wave is so strong it works like a shovel on the earth, ripping large chunks from the surface and taking up boulders, making it so that the opponent not only gets hit by the water pressure, but also by everything it picked up along the way. The final result is that the battlefield in front of the user has been changed into a muddy soaked field with a layer of water over it.

This doesn't consume time since it’s actually a skill applied to a technique used at the same time.
