Han always has his red armour on which covers most of his body so no one really knows what he looks like. The armour is steam armour which is very hard, han is one of the only people in the manga to be seen wearing armour like this.

Han is the strong silent type but will fight for what he thinks is right if he has to, though not much else is known about him.

Naturally Granted Powers: Han gains the ability to use the Steam Element.
Incomplete Form: When the incomplete form is activated, Han is covered in a cloud of steam with five white tails flowing behind him.
The steam cloud burns an opponent who touches it, much like fire. It is hotter than the Nibi's chakra shroud but cooler than the Yonbi's .
He gains a +10 attack boost to the Steam element, and a +5 attack boost to the Water and Fire elements.
Background Info.
History:
Unlike most other ninja seen in the series, Han is heavily armored, wearing a so-called "steam armor" (蒸気の鎧, jōki no yoroi) with a furnace on the back that emits steam. His armor extends all the way to the bottom half of his face, covering it up. Aside from his red armor, he also wears a red kasa (conical straw hat) that seems to be composed of metal. Over his armor, Han wears a black gi, with the sleeves seemingly torn off. When san was 16 he lost control and released the 5 tails by accident almost destroying his village and so he was forced to leave his villages and wonder alone. Not much else is known about han apart from he has partial control over his bijuu. After leaving the village, han customised his own armour to help protect him and maximize the potential of his steam jutsu.
