that is so true. it seems that the people who are stronger and should win never actually do. its always plot, dumb luck, kishi, or WILLPOWER! this show has no logic. but hey thats what makes it greatxdonly kishi knows. if he wanted he could make pakkun defeat madara
Strength or not if her hand touches lava she's going to loose that hand...If the Mizukage uses lava release when Tsunade trying to punch her and the lava melts her hands and she dies or Tsunade is so strong that lava doesnt effect her so yeah
Yeah I agree that Mei seems to be more of an attacker with her various elements and techniques. We haven't really seen Tsunade fight since her little bout with Kabuto but we shouldn't count her out yet. We at least know she has Lightning element from when she jammed her chakra and rewired Kabuto's nervous system. She's bound to have at least 1 or maybe even 2 more chakra types but as of yet I know it's not confirmed.Mei seems to have more of a variety of techniques (can be assumed with her three elements, and the three of them stemming two kekkei genkai) then Tsunade. Tsunade we've only seen master summons, strength, and medical based ninjutsu. She's strong in taijutsu but really that's all we know of her battle capibilities. As a medic she seems to be more of a defensive type of kunoichi. I see Mei winning this fight although with both being kage and the fact we have limited info on her other battle related skills (as well as Mei's but we can assume most of her techniques are based around her kekkei genkai) we can't really tell for sure.
I wasn't trying to imply that she was only defensive. That techniques she used demonstrated her knowledge of the human body, being able to rewire the nervous system (although it also showed how skilled Kabuto was, picking up on everything in a few seconds) I was just saying generally speaking Medics are supposed to play the defensive due to their status as medics (they're needed more for healing then battle) but I'm not saying that medics are mainly defensive, only that their roll to play in large scale war like battles they're not supposed to rush into battle unless needed. A perfect example of an offensive medical shinobi is, again Kabuto (he used chakra scalple as a weapons as well as his healing technique).Wet t-shirt contest!!!!

Plus, just because she's a medical type ninja doesn't mean she's only defensive. Doctors know more about the body than anyone. That could help her in more ways than we may think (defensive and offensive). We should think of her less as a harmless medic and more of a doctor with a scalpel
