Tequila Wolf is a bridge that has been under construction for the past 700 years, in a clearly cold/snowy environment. It is introduced here.

Moria: “It’s said there was a country where arrested criminals from each nation were assembled as one country of brigands.”
On that same page, Moriah also confirms that Oars died 500 years ago, frozen, meaning the timing is possible. It’s a definite stretch, but interesting nonetheless.
--------------------------------------------
So what does this mean? As far as we know, Oars is done. Oars Jr. however, made far too brief a cameo during the war (albeit a very important one). I think he comes back later when we revisit Tequila Wolf. Not enough has been said about a place the Revolutionaries were so interested in, and a bridge that the World Government has been trying to build for the last 700 years.
But of course, this is entirely open to interpretation: Oars may have been the leader of a country and not a collection of slaves. The “was” is especially troubling, as we know Tequila Wolf, at the time, was very much still running. I just want to leave this open cause I’m hesitant to dismiss it so quickly.
Tell me your thoughts on Tequilla wolf past and what is the purpose od the goddam bridge in the middle of nowhere Lol
