*only sensing moves, byakugan and sharingan may see the opponents attack as it is generally performed at mid range where tha opponent cannot see however when in a pinch it can be performed at close range. if they cannot sense what the user is doing or their chakra they cannot block it as the opponent is unaware of the user's actions*
