Description: This Technique allows the user to properl themselves through a body of water by using their chakra. While underwater, this technique will also partially mask the users prescence.
Note: Must be a large water source such as a lake to use.

Alright, I believe you know the basics of formulating Water Chakra?
Let's start. -flashes through several handseals and creates a lake near us-
Better have your water gear ready. Let's jump in for a feel of water.
As you are in the water, I want you to focus upon the motion and pressure of the water (the deeper the water, the higher the pressure) and think about how you can control your chakra to let it propel your forward. Also, think of how you can use such aspects of the water to your advantage during a battle.

I follow sensei and jump into the water, once i in the water i start to focus the motion and pressure of the water as i start going deeper and deeper.. meanwhile i use chakra to control my breathing(can i even do that? haha xd)

If i use this jutsu while i'm fighting with my opponent, i could sneak behind him and launch a surprise attack giving him less reaction time or while under the water i could launch a huge surprise attack also giving him less time to react because he won't know how huge is the attack and where does it come from.

You can use chakra to control your breathing, but I don't believe you can use that to take in oxygen from the surface unless you're somehow weird and special like...Kisame-dude. O_O
Yes. Depending upon the flow of water and it's pressure, you can utilize water in many different ways when you are in it. You can also flow faster throughout the water if it has a great current. You can also hide in it, as stated in the jutsu above and plan for a move while doing so.

Let's move on then. Now, I want you to concentrate your chakra into your hand. Build the Suiton Chakra into it and then when you believe the pressure is great enough, then release it towards my Kage Bunshin here. -creates clone-
Remember, do this in your dominant hand as the effect should be greater.

I begin to concentrate chakra in my hand then slowly build up sution chakra into it while i keep waiting until the pressure is great enough *wait for 3mins* i immediately launch and release it toward your clone, striking your clone and making it proof ~

LOL. Nice stalking there, Akiza-sensei.
Anyhow, wonderfully done. But remember, in a regular battle situation, you do not have a lot of time to store the Chakra in your hand so practice on doing the entire procedure quickly and efficiently.

Let us move on.
For this jutsu, let us step near the lake. I want you to focus your Suiton chakra into the water and then gather up a stream of water. Once you do so, I want you to start manipulating it carefully to start spiraling in a circle.

I focus my sution chakra into the water then start gathering up a stream of water once i' done with that i start manipulating it carefully and slowly to start a spiraling in a circle. *continue doing it*

Alright, nicely done. Now, maintain the chakra and then direct it towards my clone over here -creates Kage Bunshin- Make sure to keep it strong and steady and focus your power in the middle of the Bunshin.

I again focus my sution chakra into the water then follow up by gathering up a stream of water once it's ready i start on manipulating it carefully and slowly to start a spiraling in a circle now i start to mantain the chakra then direct it toward your clone and also making sure that it is strong and steady enough and i start focusing my power in the middle of the clone

Wonderfully done. Think of a nail twisting against a board with all the pressure in one certain area. Now please state for me a pro and con of this jutsu.

(Suiton: Suishi no Jutsu) – Water Drowning Technique

Description: the user will gather a large amount of water to form a large spiraling stream of water. It can be guided to strike a target in a number of angles.

For this next jutsu, let's step towards the water. I want you to direct your Suiton Chakra towards the middle of the water. Begin accelerating it in the water, turning it like a Tai Fong. O_O Ahem, hurricane. Start focusing on a certain point like the jutsu earlier. When I throw my poor Bunshin into the water, I expect to see it disappear in the middle of the whirlpool.

Pro : This jutsu can strike the target in any angles so this probably can give them a sneak attack, for example if i perform a fire ball jutsu so the target will probably focus on it so i send it and strike him from behind

Con: Need large amount of water in order to do this and this probably should be quite huge, the target should easily notice/spot it

Question : can i perform this directly from the target's back ? meaning using this to attack him from behind

I start to begin focus then i direct my sution chakra toward the middle of the water, i begin to accelerate in the water and turning it like a hurricane(Tai Fong xd) meanwhile i start to focus on a certain spot/point. Once sensei throw his poor clone into the water the whirlpool start to suck the clone into it making it disappear! o.o

Greatly done. Personally, I believe this jutsu should be fast in speed and also time-consuming to defend against with an earth attack.
Yes, you definitely can. I don't see where it doesn't state you can't do so. xD Surprise attacks!
O_O Oh no! He's dead! -sees poof in water- For this jutsu, I would prefer having a clone doing it since it would take time to start getting the water to spin. But then again, it is a great move if an enemy falls into the lake and you want them dead. O_O

Now, for the next move, I want you to guide your Suiton Chakra into the air to cause the environment to become stormy. Next, as you have learned Katon already, please send your Katon Chakra into the clouds and have it mix with Suiton to become oil. Then build pressure inside the clouds and allow it to rain the oil upon us.

Advantage : If i were battle my enemy in the lake i could surprise him with sudden whirlpool that suck him/her into it which will give them lesser time to react to my jutsu

Disadvantage : I could only use this jutsu on a water source/lake as it will be more useful against my enemy.

Firstly i start to guide my sution chakra into the air and causing the environment to become stormy next i also send my katon chakra into the clouds and having it mixing with sution and end up becoming oil then i start to build pressure inside the clouds and allowing it to rain oil upon us.

i hope someone won't come and enlight the oil if not we going to have some human BBQ here xd

Great jutsu, however, it's not fully long range, and it also endangers yourself at the same time. So use it wisely.

Let us move on. I want you to begin by using this jutsu: Earth Release: Earth Flow Rampart.
Once you have done so, then please copy the handseals I show you and then release a flow of water from the Rampart. (Sadly, I think this jutsu is kind of undescriptive.)

I follow up by doing the same handseal as sensei then i release a flow of water from the rampart and forming it like a waterfall xd

(this jutsu has been shown in anime when kakashi is teaching naruto the rasenshuriken)

Yes, as long as you can focus your chakra in certain areas in the sky. It would be wise to state this detail during a battle.
Yeah, I remember Yamato doing it too. I have nothing else to say about this jutsu except that Earth Rampart is a good defense against light wind and fire attacks and that the Waterfall is a bonus to defending against Fire attacks and also creating a Water Source.

I personally remember this jutsu as being from Naruto and Yamato's combo during the Kakuzu arc. There is a stronger version of this jutsu coming up, so get ready.

Anyhow, let's move on. Now, I want you to direct your water chakra into the water once again and manipulate it (like Earth chakra) into a dragon shape. Make sure you have gathered enough water to maintain its form, and then proceed to direct it through the trees near us.

I remember that too that jutsu pwn that weird 5 mask thingy guy fire jutsu xd

I walk toward to the lake again once i'm ready i direct my water chakra into the water again and start to manipulate it and form it into a dragon shape once the dragon made out of water is fully formed i then send it to crush and drown those tree nearby.

Which jutsus do you think this move would be effective against? There's also a way of combining a lightning jutsu with this move to shock the enemy while utilizing it.

Anyhow, let us move on. Step towards the lake again and channel your chakra into it to create an orb. Then, guide your chakra into the middle of that orb and bring out several whips of water. Then, using those whips of water, attempt to put out these fireballs I throw at you.
