Alright, this is more of a basic ninjutsu. But it's also Naruto's epic. -sees the spiral on the tree and nods in satisfaction-
Again, as I said to the people I was training ninjutsu in, I would recommend only using a clone for this move as it is short range to hit and it might put you in danger.

i then begin to use my chakra to rotate the clouds and begin to pull them down to the ground, i do this slowly, constantly adding more chakra to increase the rotation speed and keep the funnel shape steady, finally, as it reaches the ground i pour even more chakra into the rotation speed until i am satisfied with the strength of the twister~

if you use a jutsu like swamp of the underword to paralise them, and then bring the twister down on their heads? or for for someting really funny, set the twister on fire..
