~ as i see the wind coming toards me, i condense the chakra i place in the air at the point just infront of me where your jutsu will hit, i the create a gust of wind that crves away from me and back at you, causing your blade of wind to turn back towards you~

the blade may be sharp and fast, but it is also a lightweight technique, allowing its course to be easily influenced ^_^

-quickly defends against the blade of wind back towards me with a double layer of Wood and Earth walls- Nicely done. Remember that this move can only defend up to B-Rank jutsus, but it is great in beginner battles to make Wind Jutsus useless.

Fuuton: Kaze Gaeshi (Wind Style: Wind Return)

Description: This technique is used to counter a Wind attack launched against the user. Originally used by Kujaku in conjuction with her sword, the user will need to perform a series of handseals to amplify chakra and then he will split the incoming Wind attack and take control of the whirling vortex thrown at him, in order to re direct it towards the opponent.
Note: It can block only up to B rank wind jutsu.

Now, for the next jutsu. As you did in the very first Wind jutsu, please gather the sand in the surroundings around you and then add your Wind Chakra to it. Begin spinning this combination you have formed and collect more sand and dust as you do so.
Once you believe you have gathered enough power, release it towards me.

~ moulds wind chakra and then channels it out of my feet, creating a wind across the ground, scooping up the loose dirt and sand, i then begin to rotate this wind and slowly make it rise, as it spins, it draws in more dirt and sand, i then apply more chakra to increase the rotation of wind, i then keep this level constant to keep the speed up, i then focus on stabilising it and drawing more sand in. Once i am satified that it has picked up enough sand, i then launch it at you~

Description: Originally Gaara's technique, for other characters the user will have to gather the dust or sand of the environment around him and then combine it with his elemental wind affinity. A large wind gust with dust or sand will get created capable to push away the opponent or medium sized objects.

The jutsus get more complicated here. Would you state for me a combo you think that would go well with this jutsu?

Let us move on while you do that.
This move is my personal favorite escape move. Quickly start channeling your Wind Chakra into your fist and build up pressure there. Once you believe you have accumulated enough Wind Chakra, release it all at once to allow the force to push you back while also releasing a Vortex from your hand.

this jutsu would be great with a fire jutsu, but personally i think it would go well as a distraction/ set up for something like the four or 16 pillar binding jutsus as if it hits it would knock a person over, leaving them open for the binding techniques

~ moulds wind chakra into my fist, i then release it steadily, causing the air around my fist to begin to rapidly rotate, i increase the flow of chakra to increase the speed of rotation, i then, angle my fist towards the floor and rapidly extend the vortex, pushing me up into the air at an angle, for good measeure i follow up by using:

As there are no competitions between who is more overpowered and every jutsu is concrete and capable as of itself, I bid you to recognize the sole power of every canon jutsu that is provided. They alone is good enough to counter against almost everything.

That move there is good enough for blowing away most projectiles and smoke bombs. Also, most lightning moves. Good answer for the fire combo.

Yes, that is one way of using the move. Nicely done. Remember that this is a fast move that can propel you out of dangerous situations. I use this a lot during battles to quickly sidestep dangerous explosions.

Due to the range, I wouldn't use it much either. I prefer long-cutting Wind Moves.

Alright, next jutsu. Like you did previously for the more sword-like slashing Wind Jutsu, I want you to create a gust shaped like a claw. Control the Wind Chakra inside it to give it two sharp edges like a knife. So the Chakra slices both front and back. Then direct it towards the tree nearby.

~moulds wind chakra and releases it into the air, i then begin to use it to draw air particles together , to form a claw shape, i then use more chakra to creare a slashing wind that i use as the talons of the claw, i then use wind chakra to try and swing the claw, and after a few tries, i get the hang of it, i then use the claw to swipe at the tree you pointed at.~

I looked up this move in order to provide with you with more information on how to use it in a battle, but I've never used it, and the only thing I think it can be utilized properly is in some double condition that requires a two-edged attack. *shrug*

~ following the same process as before, i channel wind chakra into my arm, i then swimg my arm several times, each time releasing chakra while moulding its sharpness and giving it a bladelike shape~

any b-rank or above fire tech will overcome this technique.... or is that wrong?

It really depends on the timing and how fast you execute this move. If the fire jutsu is slower and weaker, than this move could cut through it quickly.
But yes, that is the general idea.

Anyhow, this next move is a summoning toads one, so we can skip it.
Alright. Once again, build up chakra inside your body. Let it build up in pressure, and when you release it from your body, release total control of your chakra and let the wind move just blast out of you. This is hard to control and very fast in speed, so I suggest you run away once you release this move. Like an explosion almost.

It also hurts you if you get caught in it...so I suppose using this move while in the air works best.

Let us move on. Start by sending your Fuuton Chakra into the air once more. Begin accelerating it to create a mini hurricane around a patch of ground. Once you believe it is strong enough, send it towards my clone -creates clone- and draw it inside the hurricane using your chakra alone. Remember that the hurricane needs to draw in my clone by itself.

~ moulds wind chakra and begins to release it into the atmosphere above our heads, i use it to reduce the pressure of the air just above our heads, causing the air to rise rapidly, forming storm clouds, i then use my chakra to make these clouds rotate, forming the mini hurricane, i spend some time, increaseing the chakra flow to both of these steps, makeing the hurricane stronger, once i am satisfied, i send it at your clone~

Yes. Remember this is a small hurricane that should be able to draw in the debris around it and cause destructive damage in the middle.

Start with forming a Rasengan, controlling the speed and power and acceleration as you do so. Once you believe you have enough power, then add your Wind Chakra to the Rasengan. Then proceed to hit a tree trunk nearby.
