*as instructed I raise my arms and instead of releasing raiton I absorb and pull it so that when it starts to explode downwards in the form of lightning I direct it towards the trees, hitting one and making it explode*

No no . This one is made for you to draw the energy from the sky and mix it with your chakra, this is all done in your hands, and then shoot it after a target.

Like some variations of Chidori, this is a two in one jutsu, the jutsu actually creates the water for you as you can see in the description, so yes i think it is.

*as instructed i focus raiton on my hand, and slam it into the ground rushing the energy through it. the ground is at the same time covered with water, that rushes at impact from my hand, making the energy travel much faster and becomes amplified. all i have to do is direct it towards my opponent (in this case the tree). once the tree bursts in flames al is left between us is a big body of water on which i am standing calmly.

*I concentrate raiton chakra in my palm. Once the energy becomes thick I release a thin amount continously and prolong it making a string. Then I concentrate on making it longer and thicker until it becomes a bit longer than my height. Once the strips of lightning have formed I pull their weight forward and an intant before the inercia reaches the tip I pull hard, making a deep thunder sound and thousands of sparks.*

*i start by gathering chakra into my my mouth, i concentrate it and suddenly release it in the form of a powerful beam that rushes forward violently hiting the tree i aimed at. as a variation i try again but instead of shooting at one target i divide the beam into two thus hitting two trees instead of one*

with this jutsu... what happens when it hits?? does it pierce or is it absorbed by the target electrifying it???

kage bunshin is part of ninjutsu training... you need to get someone to teach you ninjutsu, when you have learned kakgebunshin, i'll teach you the lightning shadow clones.

right, for chidori, mould a large amount of raiton chakra while performing the seals, then channel all of it into your dominant hand, then manipulate the shape to increase its sharpness, once you think its good enough try and hit that rock over there... ~points to a large rock~
