We will now start focusing more on the elemental aspects of Lighting. Let's start by focusing your chakra into the air and into the clouds. Remember to send a lot of Raiton chakra. Once you have made the environment stormy (in a real battle, if it is already stormy, then there is no need to do this), then you can focus on bringing down Lightning strikes from the clouds you have hit with your Raiton chakra.
Let's give this a try, will we not? Hit one of those trees near us with a Lightning from the sky.

I start by channeling my chakra towards the air. As I channel more into the atmosphere, clouds start to form. I channel more chakra in to the clouds, once again keeping the amount constant. Once the clouds start to rumble, I call my Chakra back out of the clouds and manipulate it to strike down the tree.

During a battle, which way would you generally be looking at?

Depending on the situation ofcourse. But in general keeping your eyes on the enemy and every possible trap he layed out is the most logical thing to do.

 

[Adachi]

Excellent, and how could you take advantage of this with such moves that come from the top, bottom, and behind?

 

[Wesobi]

If an opponent tries to strike you from another way (f.e. Kage Bushin), you can use certain attacks to nullify the effects from their attacks.

Exactly, and the element of surprise in general.

Ah fair enough. Well start by focusing your Rai Chakra throughout your body and deep into the sky, then as it's there procced to use the Chakra to create a Lightning that Flies directly down from the Sky and onto my Clone. -Creates a Clone.-

And then start releasing Rai Chakra throughout your body, adding lightning to your Water Jutsu. It's simply as that. ^^
