As you are spewing out your fire balls the impact will be your fireballs will begone, and out of nowhere we suddnly have a mist. o.o... I hope this was better.

This is a jutsu Kisame used during his battle with Gai's Team. He used it to create a lot of water for his usage.

I do not know what other Jutsu that matches this and I, do not know either of this combo you're talking about though I think you mean the one with the lighting hound, or am I wrong? O:
Nooooo. LOL. This jutsu allows one to sense where the enemy is at for all times. Combine it with Hidden Mist. Use it ALWAYS as the first or second jutsu of a fight if you don't have a Doujutsu. It's my bang-bang baby. xD
Now focus your Suiton Chakra throughout your whole body. Start molding your cells to take on the affinity of water and allow your whole body to "melt" and become a liquid. xD
