Then I could make this Jutsu, making a rampart defending myself by making my rampart taking the hit from the fireballl. And I do not know about the water Jutsu.

When Yamato used this jutsu, he caused water to fall down from it, creating a waterfall for Naruto to train on.
When projectiles are thrown at you, or small fire/wind combinations, you can proceed to use this move to escape from them, as it rising out of the Earth will no doubt block those attacks.

After forming these handseals, send your Doton Chakra to your feet then begin running up the rampart (cliff) you created. As you do that, continue to send Doton Chakra through your feet to cause certain parts of the cliff to fall down and crush whatever is below.

Then, step up towards the dome, put your hands on it, and then proceed to start sucking the chakra from my clone to yourself. Clearly a part of the Naruto manga.
