When this jutsu hits it sends a current of eletricity into the opponents body starting from the legs and pulses through the rest of the body. I believe though since I am attacking your feet that this jutsu is used to stun the opponent and make muscles cease from the shock.

* I put my hands together again with the shield around me as with the concepts of chakra control that you've taught me I then force more chakra into the jutsu as the lightning turns a sky blue blaze of eletricity that begins to shock the air around me with long like bolts until it finally hits your clone and I release the shield of chakra letting it explode as the clone blows away into a few twigs.*

When you release control over the raiton chakra it begins to go out of control until it finally explodes on the enemy.

*I focus raiton chakra into my hands. I then start to build up pressure within my hands and release the chakra through the puddle near us as it become extremely electrified. I then move towards a rock that is almost like a 5 inch thick wall I then force my raiton chakra through the rock as a hole is blown into it and massive cracks appear running through it as well and then as I look through this hole I see a tree that has been blown in half on the other side.* Strong.

Excellent. And can you tell me the two major aspects of Lightning uses during a battle as deprived from your description above?

It can easily punch through earth like barriers and hit a target behind a wall and it has a ripping aspect as well as an electric one. Also it cna be used to electrify the environment.

 

[Adachi]

Environment?
In what way? Emphasize. What happens if an opponent steps into an electrified puddle?

 

[Omachy]

If they step into the puddle then the electricity will run through their body from the water making a closed circuit and by environment any object that is a good conductor of electricity.
