This next jutsu seriously irritates me to no end. Not only do people not state how many waves they release, but it's completely unpredictable.
Start by performing the Dog handseal and then build Fuuton Chakra within you. Then exhale it all at once while moving your head to cause the waves to be expelled at different angles.

Now, by being unpredictable, why is this jutsu so irritating in general?

because if you dont specify anything, you dont know how much blades are coming at you, and so , you dont really know how to block it.

Exactly. And they're also unpredictable, making it very dangerous.

On to the next jutsu.
This is the ultra-famous one. Begin by creating a Rasengan and then adding a huge load of Wind Chakra to it to start accelerating the power to unimaginable speeds. Once you have added enough, it should become a spiraling shuriken and should also sound really loud.

Oh! Rasen shuriken!
*focuses normal chakra into my left hand*
*adds chakra ti make it spin creating a rasengan*
*channels wind chakra into my right hand*
*adds the wind chakra into the rasengan*
*keeps adding the chakra To th spinning ball making the wind also spin*
* adds enough wind so that the ball becomes a shuriken*
nw I have rasen shrunken!!
