Ah, keep in mind a lot of short range jutsus are extremely fast and strong. So if you are to ever use this jutsu, try and keep it limited to Shadow Clones. The same goes for Chidori.
Let us move on then. Focus your Wind Chakra internally once again and then release it in the forms of several wind balls. Remember to build enough pressure so that these balls are capable of cutting into an opponent's flesh.
Fuuton: Rasengan (Wind Style: Spiral sphere)

Well, yes, technically. But it generally allows the wind to be more unpredictable, and unpredictable in a battle is scary.
Alright, now, have you learned water? If you have, you might remember what it is like to make the weather stormy. Do that now by sending your Wind Chakra into the skies. Start gathering the clouds to cause a tornado to come down from the sky. Remember to send enough chakra and start stirring up the air in order to do this.

Correct. So, say that you used Fire Style: Intense Pain with this. It would become a tornado, hot enough to burn through ground.
One of the most epic combos I've seen. Use it well.
Anyhow, like the previous jutsu, send your Fuuton chakra into the sky once more. Copy and possibly memorize these handseals. -shows you handseals-
Then once you built enough Fuuton Chakra in the sky, start spinning it in a manner that is big enough to damage a huge area upon the battlefield.
