raiton could be used to shock the enemy, as the shocks became stronger the enemy would be left with more resultant damage such as bodily failure due to the high amount of electricity. Raiton could also be used to burn the enemy if it made long enough contact as it would literally light the enemy on fire shortly... much like a sturdy tree.
