Alright, could you tell me how you think the Fire Element would naturally flow?
How do you think fire could affect something?

well fire would naturally flow like as if it where a live consuming what it can to survive and thrives in a environment with a high oxygen percentage.
fire could affect metal and make it more malleable so it can be formed in to blades, shields, armor, nails, as well as many other things.
i would try to adjust my chakra to match the energy of fire and seeing if i would be able to increase its temperature and decrease it and also see if i can start a fire from embers.
and fire is strong against wind because it would feed the fire and is week against water because water tends to extinguish fire in nature.
Alright. Nicely done. Remember that fire can be used to counter wind attacks, making it stronger (as you said "feed") and then sending it back at the opponent. Sadly, it is hard to defend against its weakness.
Let us begin now. I want you to start focusing your Fire Affinity Chakra in the same way you saw that match burn. Focus the chakra from the inside of your body (as many of the jutsus will require inward chakra to start with) and then build it up within your mouth to release a small fireball. Maintain the chakra and also form it in your body.

he gets in to the horse stance and gathered chakra in his stomach and slowly forcing it in to his mouth he would change it in to fire affinity chakra and as his mouth filled to maximum capacity he would inhale through his nose and then exhaled through his mouth creating fire that took the shape of an oblong sphere.
O_O Horse stance is not necessary, but nicely done.
A very weak jutsu, but good enough for the beginnings of Fire Jutsus.
Let us move on then.

lol ok memorizes hand seals then gets back in to horse stance and focuses his chakra in to his lungs after inhaling and then exhales slowly as he exhales a weird gas comes out instead of instead of the normal CO2 gas
(i know the horse stance is not needed but its just it helps me concentrate)

ok gets in horse stance and does as he did before and gives the gas an extra hit of fire affinity chakra i guess igniting the gas making an explosion in front of Reiji

Yes. Keep in mind that this is a basic fireball jutsu also. Just a tad bit stronger than the first one.
Let's move on to C-Ranks. -shows you handseals- For this jutsu, I want you first to inhale actual air. And then as you do so, build fire chakra within your body, adding pressure. When you release it, create a ring around your mouth by using your thumb and index finger. It should guide the Fire Chakra to incinerate the surroundings in front of you when you do so.

gets in to horse stance and inhales air while at the same time building pressure by gathering chakra in to his lungs and then when his lungs are at maximum capacity he makes a ring with his thumb and index finger then exhales creating a big oblong sphere

he replicates what he just did and burned a couple layers in to the trees "well if you make one big enough and hot enough so when it is hit by wind it will be strong enough to with stand the wind so it would grow and feed off the oxygen instead of being blown away like a candle"
Yes. This move is good for countering strong wind attacks in short range.
