Tie it upon that tree before us. When you are done doing that, hold the end of your string to your mouth and then proceed to exhale a stream of Fire Chakra to it in order to cause the entire line of string to be burned.

Remember to aim your fire chakra and pinpoint it directly. I find this jutsu rather useless.
