For a start, I want you to begin trying to focus Suiton Chakra in one hand, while Doton in another. This takes some practice as most ninjas can only focus on one element at a time.
Furthermore, if you need some stability, practice with your clone first.

I try keeping a steady flow in my hands. I keep concentrating on evening the chakra in each hand.

Now, by continuing to keep both elements steady in either hand, slowly bring it together by combining both palms of your hands.

Once you believe they have mixed enough, start pooling them in between your hands, forming it into something physical.

good. The main use of wood (as we have seen in the manga) is Binding. Wood is extremely usefull at biding the opponent, because it can be wrapped around like a rope allthough it is a dense material.

A good mokuton tactic is to bind the opponent first then attack, since they will not be able to move or will be pre-occupied with escaping your wood.

The two most used escapes from the wood binding are chidori nagashi and water body replacement, so if you can preduct the escape you can develop a good follow up move

Oh yea binding is the main use for wood. Also another way they could escape if they are touching the ground is Hidden in the Stones Jutsu.

"Hidden in stones" alows someone to pass through rock and earth but wood is a completely different element infused with your chakra, they cant pass through it.

you dont need to tought the ground to make wood grow so you can perform the move in the air

So that means I can have one shadow clone bind the enemy while we are in mid air. I can see an attack to the enemy while my clone is binding the enemy. Yay I love Mokuton even more ^_^

2. When using the seed jutsu(I forgot what is it called xd) can I use the shadow clone shuriken jutsu or whatever it's to make copies of the seed and spread it around the whole battle field?

Just make a whole bunch of seeds and throw them, or if you want further coverage and the possibility of getting some in your opponents clothes, throw them into a wind jutsu like dust wind so they dont notice the seeds are in there

So there isn't a certain amount of seeds I use that jutsu, just however many I want.
