Begin by gather the wind around you and spin it around you...as you do so, also add lightning to this combo. Once the speed is great enough, release your vortex of wind from around yourself towards the trees before it in the form of a dragon. Proceed the destroy that entire section of forest.

*As I concentrate and take a deep breath, I begin with compressing my fuuton chakra to build pressure. As I feel that there is enough pressure, I release it through my body, gathering it around me. As I feel I've used enough fuuton chakra, I try to spin it using a lot of focus. I try to make it spin as fast as possible, making it extra more powerful. As I've done this and see the wind spinning, I release an extremely large amount of raiton chakra in the vortex to make a combo. After feeling that there is enough raiton chakra to make the move work, I use shape manipulation to manipulate it into a dragon. As I see a big dragon made of the vortex, I look at the tree and direct the dragon at it, destroying it completely.*
Excellent description. Now, you obviously know that this is a combination of Wind and Lightning. Like Water Typhoon Vortex, both have a similar and epic reason to use in battle.

well, I saw water typhoon vortex being used as a defensive jutsu, blocking other combo attacks. I think that the combination I just did would also be very helpful when the opponent does a combo. I could also ofcourse use this jutsu offensive. I would begin with making four clones. Two will be distracting the opponent while I do the hidden mist jutsu, making it very difficult for the opponent to see the area. I would then instantly, almost at the same time as I do the hidden mist jutsu make C3 do the chakra sensing rain, so that he knows where the opponent is. I then make him poof away, knowing exactly where the opponent is.( When a clone dissapears, you will know the things that he knows). I then make the spinning vortex while C4 releases raiton chakra, making the jutsu faster than before, and lastly sending the dragon to the opponent, while he still doesn't know where I am (My opponent hasn't got a sharingan or byakugan Lol.)
Alright, a very basic jutsu strategy with Hidden Mist and Chakra Sensing Rain. But, my point here is that such jutsus as these are mostly "two in one" jutsus since they contain two elements within them, making it twice as hard to defend from than regular jutsus.

I then release all the raiton chakra into a form of a crooked spear using shape manipulation. As I've done that, I try to aim it at your clone, but before the spear reaches you, I try to split the spear into 3 parts so that there will be more chance to electrocute your clone. I do this all with a lot of focus and precision.*
Very good. As you can see from the picture above that this move was used by one of Kakazu's heart. It's a quick and very accurate move that requires precision to dodge.

*As I concentrate and focus my chakra in my inner core, I try to heat it up and bring it up from the center of my body through my chest. I then perform the tiger handseal to have a steady control of my fire chakra. As I do this, I try to inhale as much air as I can, ending with exhaling it. I can see a small fireball. As I've done this, I try to suck the remains back and mix it with an extremely large amount of katon chakra. I keep on concentrating on the chakra in my chest and try to make it as big and warm as possible, trying to heat up my chakra as warm as possible. After doing that, I inhale as much air as I can, filling my lungs with air. I then take a look where I have to blow it (into the the sky) and exhale all the air out of my lungs, making an extremely big and warm fireball. As the big fireball leaves, I use all my concentration and ofcourse shape manipulation to change the firball into the head of a big dragon.*
