Now with a Raikiri in each hand, i dash toward another, larger rock and slam my hand into it, the rock cracks, then shatters.*

Before I teach you about the two main parts of this jutsu, do you know the difference between this jutsu and Chidori?

Chidori is a weaker version of Raikiri?
Chidori was named chidori because it sounds like birds chirping whereas Raikiri is named lightning blade/cutter because it sounds like electricity and is more focused.?

Point made. So most people would stick with using Raikiri rather than Chidori.

This next jutsu was used against Sasuke by the...eh...the Lightning dude in that village Kirabi. (Sorry, I only remember this jutsu because I searched it up one time in the manga when I used it sometime ago...and I don't follow the manga, I watch the anime...)
Start by copying these handseals and then dash towards my clone while pooling Raiton chakra within yourself. Then release it in a huge quantity as you pass my clone, blinding him momentarily with the bright energy of Raiton Chakra and then sneak up behind him and stab/attack him with any move.

so if something goes wrong, you're out of harms way. you can set it up so when your clone uses that jutsu, you're already in position to attack.

Nope, the main point would be to blind him...especially if the clone was in short range. Also, you would probably need some sort of cover as though not to blind yourself.
Blind him, more preferably by running past him in short range, and then release an attack. But yes, good job with the first reply. It's always best to use clones when it comes to short range attacks.

*creates a chidori (which is now rather easy since i learned Raikiri xD) once i have it formed in my hand, i slowly release my control on it little by little, until it eventually starts to lash out and spin. it whips out and shatters a rock that was situated in front of me*

yeah xD
if i were in a forest then it would lash out like it did with the rock, but instead of hitting the rock, it would cut down the surrounding trees.
