It would depend, since she created it herself. Was it made only for weapons? Its a shame she wasn't developed more, another female with great potential and like Sakura, has no bloodline limit and is thrown to the back of the line behind her male teammates.

I doubt it's a s/t jutsu. I can't remember where, but it's said that she stores them in her scrolls, not in another location.

I think her scrolls are filled with summoning markings much like Sasuke's kunai summoning wrist bands. She doesn't another dimension....all she needs is to store her weaponry in a safe place and summoning them at will

I just thought of an amazing introduction. Imagine Tenten fighting somebody. All of a sudden she releases a scroll, and lee and gai come out of it and yell out "dynamic entry". lol

But that would make it just as effective as a generic sealing jutsu that the sealing squads use.

It does state Fūinjutsu can seal living beings so it's possible, but never been used by her for anything but her weapons.

Its not another dimension the weapons are somewhere else like maybe her room or something,she just uses the scroll to summon them just like how naruto kept his clones somewhere and summoned them with a scroll during his fight with pain
