Ok first of all we are all forgetting the most important rule in the Naruto Universe. The only person who ever gets hit by a weapon is Naruto when he throws himself in front of someone. Other than that all weapons including explosive attacks are magically dodged rendering TenTen completely useless since she can't do anything else. Hinata is way better than she used to be and still getting stronger though she'll never surpass awesomesauce Neji, and Ino is mainly a medical ninja now which is way more useful than someone wasting scrolls on weapons that'll never hit. Save a tree TenTen....
