I see most of u hate sakura very much. Then what about tenten. Sakura is skilled in medicl n have super punch. But tenten? She has nthing. She just throw some kunai n knifes in war. There is no use of her in war or story. So r guies like her?

Her leader is Gai, whose always focused on the power of the youth and always challenging Kakashi to races.
Her team mates are Rock Lee and Neji. These 2 are constantly challenging each other and Gai jumps in out of no where, even while on a mission. Those 3 are always so distracted that they need a proper leader. So technically, Tenten is the leader for her team. She's the one who's always watching out for those 3, making sure they don't do stupid stuff, making sure missions are completed exactly to how they were told and on time without Lee or Gai just rushing in to challenge everyone they see.
If anything, she does more then Sakura.
Its a shame that her character has not been established properly
she could have potentially been a great girl character - her taijitsu is cool and she knows how to use a weapon... sasdly i have to agree with you that she almost like a shadow at the mo... its a pity!
no doubt...tenten is the ultimate filler character for sure. She's got no real talent.

Hell she can do everything! In a war like this we are having now, her weapons summonings can bring a lot of benefits! I mean she can create a rain of kunais and just hurl them out towards the opponents, for the proof you can check the recent movie *inheritors of the will of fire*, she is good at long range attacks, she got an important role in a war like this! Of course, sakura too is a medic and she is also doing her job greatly but it doesn't mean that tenten is just sucking, they both are equal!!!

Tenten doesn't suck! It's just that Kishimoto hasn't developed her character as much as he's done for the others. I can't blame him though, he's got...like 10 characters to handle per chapter? maybe more
And about her being the leader of the team, I wouldn't put it like that but she's certainly the most focused out of them. Maybe she can't beat them in skills but tries her best instead of crying for anyone to help her.
