I think Venom wins high dif. Teno can use scorch but with the appropiate timing Venom can use flight and can also use his invisibility to his advantage, not to mention dust. But then again, if Teno uses rain he can catch venom in the middle of his flying. It's all about tactics here honestly.

As soon as this was done, he dropped to the ground, still keeping his eyes on you as he strings up a couple hand seals, and slamming his palms on the ground. "Summoning jutsu!" he said, as asch was place within a genjutsu. As soon as he was place in it, mu stood up, swinging his hands upwards, causing a amount of water to gush up and imprison asch within a body of water. As soon as he was firmly on his feet again, he made one more hand seal, creating a cylindrical structure within the palms of his hands, and quickly thrusting it forward. As it left out of mu's hand, it expanding to its full size.

*As soon as mu stood up, preparing for his assault. He saw an outline of a glowing substance bursting out of asch's body. Not having time to counter it, mu quickly leaps to the right, into the air activating his flight technique. As he did that, his chakra sensing was also activated, and with a couple of hand seals, a massive swamp extending long range in all direction (With you in the center) was form.

As soon as rain began to fall, i threw the pieces of rocks in the air, and fly down a bit more, in a zig zag pattern (still mid range away from you and the ground) while stringing up hand seals of my own. The boulders quickly multiplied over you, raining down countless boulders of rocks. Not stopping at all, i continue with more hand seals, as i sense a stronger water presence around you this time. As soon as my antilon technique took hold, your armor was up. As soon as your armor was up, i threw a single kunai (with an explosive tag) at you, stringing up more hand seals, multiplying them to a thousands. Basically, you are stuck in my antilon as your armor is up, boulders coming from above, and kunais from front on.

As the rocks start coming down, I gather both lightning and Wind in my mouth, plug my ears, then let out a loud sonic roar. Once I let out the sonic roar mixed with lightning and Wind. It then obliterate every single boulder that would be in range of harming me, Also heading towards you

As You activate your chakra sensing. I see your hands going forward making something small but transparent in a way I cancel the fact of a phosphorus technique.. At this time I quickly activate the water in my body and around me to form into a water armor. Due to the Chakra in the rain thats been splashing down the whole time. My body has absorbed the chakra from the rain giving me more chakra. I then quickly release a chidori in a circular manner right that destroys everything in its path while with the other hand I throw a lightning infused kunai at your skull. This technique would seem like it happens at the same time but it happens milliseconds after you release yours. The armor is as fast as your chakra sensing to activate. As you release the lightning it not only negates your dust technique but head to you with S rank Strength. As the lightning power was increased to SS rank due to the water armor fueling the lightning jutsu by 1 Rank. Once done, I also do 3 handseals in less than 1 second causing wind to form around my body in an armor formation. This armor of wind have wind swords rotating around the user with great speed and cutting capabilities allowing me to speed them up slow them down, and even extend them when wanted
